I am grateful for the opportunity to complete this course. Before the program, I felt “normal” (that’s all I knew about emotions), I was “fluffy and pretty” with a lot of lies to myself. I thought I lacked management knowledge, which, once acquired, would improve my personal and professional life. However, after taking the Personality Portrait Test and seeing the results, I realized that this was not the reason. As I have mentioned many times, no one had ever brought me down to earth so strongly and obviously before. Then I had two choices: either continue to lie to myself or change fundamentally. Since I had come to leadership training, I chose the second option: to change. At first, I had no idea how profound this program was (I thought it was just another series of seminars). Only halfway through the program, when I saw obvious changes, did I realize how serious it was.
The changes after the program are obvious – in one year, I changed my life completely (I really don’t want to remember how I lived before). I began to understand myself (my feelings, emotions), set priorities, clarified my values, and mastered time management. Now I spend more quality time with my family and work significantly fewer hours (despite this, the company’s results are growing steadily). I have gained confidence in life, knowledge of what I am doing, a routine (diet, sleep), habits (getting up early, spending time learning in the mornings). I have noticed more than once that I no longer have any questions about motivation (getting up early, studying, working, etc.). I simply know what I am doing, why I am doing it, and what I want to achieve. When people around me ask how I manage to get up so early, I don’t even know how to answer them. I just get up and do what I have to do (without asking myself questions).
The program was a fundamental “shake-up.” I fundamentally changed my thinking and lifestyle habits. The first six months of the program yielded the most “tangible” results, the benefits and value of which I saw and felt immediately. The second six months were more difficult psychologically, as there were many psychological issues that needed to be changed, and probably every cell in my body resisted this, so the changes were not as quick and obvious. Therefore, the second half of the year was much more difficult psychologically. In summary, I would say that it would be impossible for someone who has not completed the program to explain what it is all about and how “powerful” it is.
I really liked the trainer and the program. He was calm but strict enough, specific, confident, didn’t beat around the bush, told it like it is, and left me the right to decide for myself how I want to live my life going forward.
