What you get by taking the test?
Who is this test for?
-
Leaders at different levels
The test is suitable for leaders of departments, teams, projects, as well as top-level executives. Tasks and assessments are based on universal leadership principles relevant regardless of managerial level. -
New and experienced leaders
For new leaders, it helps evaluate existing skills and identify which competencies are needed; for experienced leaders, it helps identify “blind spots” or risks (e.g., burnout, need for control, lack of objectivity). -
Leadership development within teams
Insights on burnout, stress, self-awareness, and emotional resilience expand standard leadership evaluations, making it useful for both HR professionals and team leaders.

PHRONESIS Managers Academy® is not only a program that provides practical and effective tools, but also changes the way you think and approach management. It was important to me that Tomas Stonys was the coach of the program. Tomas’ experience and involvement in my professional and personal challenges as a participant were invaluable. Each consultation provided useful practical tools and effective advice, as well as an outside perspective that allowed me to realistically assess the situation and know, rather than just believe.
During this training, I learned how to systematize my knowledge and skills. I believe that your training is exactly what managers need—it is precise, concise, clear, structured, and demanding.
Although I had been a manager for nine years and had experience before starting the PHRONESIS Managers Academy®, I encountered problems because there was so much information, so many responsibilities, and it was unclear where the priorities lay and what to tackle first. In addition, I was obviously very tired because I did not pay attention to my rest. Furthermore, I am a perfectionist by nature and I like/demand maximum performance from myself and others. During this training, I learned how to systematize/organize my knowledge/skills.
I think it is very good that as a trainer you are quite strict/demanding when it comes to students following the plan, time management, and discipline.
I believe that this programs is what managers need—it is precise, to the point, clear, structured, and demanding. The advantage is that you do not engage in sales during training (as others do – trying to please participants, saying what they want to hear, etc.), but often convey information that is uncomfortable for the participants. That is exactly what I needed.
It is also very good that the training takes place throughout the year and that you have to work on tasks on your platform (although I myself was not very diligent), because one-day seminars are more for familiarization, and work requires a consistent process. I wish you the greatest and most sincere success in doing the work that is truly necessary (even though most managers themselves do not recognize this).
During the training, I learned many useful techniques and methods that I successfully apply in my work. However, the psychological part of the training was particularly important to me—it helped me identify my character weaknesses and start improving them in order to achieve greater personal and professional effectiveness.
I liked the training because it was very practice-oriented and continuous. After the initial euphoria, I had to constantly plan my time and work purposefully on tasks throughout the year, so I was able to not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also apply most of it in practice.

I also really liked the trainer – he was open, specific, conveyed the material clearly and understandably, and was able to emphasize the most important points.
This program was the only one of the training courses and seminars I have tried that provided very specific benefits. This was probably because during the training I was forced to constantly apply theoretical concepts in practice, thereby developing certain skills and habits.

When the training began, I didn’t really know what to expect—to be honest, I didn’t expect much. However, it turns out that everything lies in simple steps which, when constantly applied in practice, become much more valuable both to me personally and to the company.
Of course, it wasn’t easy – I often had to step out of my comfort zone and force myself to do certain tasks that were unfamiliar to me. However, now that the training is over, I am satisfied with both myself and the work I have done. I feel that I have more confidence in my employees, we have a better relationship, I have gotten rid of the burden of menial tasks, and I can devote more attention to long-term goals, the company’s vision, and strategic decisions.
I believe that order has been established within the company itself – priorities, responsibilities, and goals are now more clearly defined. We know where we are headed and what we are striving for.
So far, this has been one of the most professional training courses I have attended. I was intrigued by the information provided about the training itself. I didn't notice anything unnecessary in the program—everything was spot on.

I have only the best things to say about the trainer. He is an expert in his field who is happy to share his wealth of knowledge.
I always strived to gain as much knowledge as possible, thinking it would help me. But today, I know that knowledge that cannot be applied in practice is worthless. The PHRONESIS Leaders Academy® was valuable to me because it focused more on practical application.

The PHRONESIS Leaders Academy® was valuable to me because it focused more on practical application. The program clearly defined the core functions and responsibilities of a true leader.
Most importantly, I gained a clear understanding of what a leader should not do and what their most important duty truly is — something that wasn’t as obvious to me before.
I wholeheartedly recommend this program.
This program is suitable for both beginners and experienced managers. During the program, you will receive so many good, useful, and practical tips that it’s simply impossible to start applying them all at once. However, by actively working and consistently using the advice, long-term results are guaranteed.

However, by actively working and consistently using the advice, long-term results are guaranteed. As with anything, personal involvement and serious effort are essential. Without them, expecting meaningful change is unrealistic.
The trainer is confidence-inspiring, tactful, and skilled at engaging participants with the topics presented during the training.
