Coach Ineta will always be the person who changed my life. To me, Ineta Morkūnienė is a combination of professionalism and humanity in one person. She knows how to listen and hear, notice where support is needed and where pressure is needed, and she makes you think, analyze, and act.
With her questions and advice, Ineta always gently turned the mirror around and made me look for answers within myself, rather than outside. With Ineta, I got a chance to get to know myself again and grow. I am very grateful for this, and I know that anyone who has the good fortune to work with Ineta and the determination to work on themselves will definitely achieve great results.

Change begins with a genuine relationship
Ineta notes that real change happens when a person begins to understand themselves better-how they think, how they behave, where patterns repeat themselves.
Participants often say, “I felt that I was being listened to, I felt understood.” This is about being sincerely present throughout the process: when support is needed, when it is worth sharing experiences, and sometimes when it is necessary to help someone commit.
What seems complicated or vague at first eventually becomes a habit. And people become more themselves, clearer, more focused, ready to go where they really want to be.
Participant testimonials
During the training, I realized that in order to consistently achieve goals, it is important not only to use logic and planning, but also to maintain emotional and physical well-being. I was surprised at how much attention needs to be paid to energy management—I realized that my energy levels depend not only on my mental state, but also on my emotional and physical health.
When I came to this experiential training, I expected it to be logically structured and based on clear, rational principles. However, as soon as the experiential training began, I realized that I could not escape my emotions, just as I could not escape myself.
Once again, I was convinced of the importance of following the 8-8-8 principle, which helps to maintain a balance between work, rest, and leisure. Without this balance, it is very easy to “burn out,” even if everything seems fine from a logical point of view.
During the training, I learned to recognize “red flags”—signals that indicate that I am becoming inconsistent or unbalanced. Now I will be able to recognize these dangerous situations much faster and I have a clear plan for how to deal with them. This has enabled me to work more effectively and with greater confidence.
Overall, this training was a very valuable experience. True focus and success come not only from logical decisions, but also from the ability to manage your emotions and energy. I recommend this training to those who seek not only to plan, but also to actually achieve their goals, taking into account all aspects of life.
Trainers Asta and Ineta left a deep impression on me with their professionalism and unique approach. Both were extremely observant and had a great feel for the group dynamics. They quickly noticed the strengths and weaknesses of each participant and subtly directed attention to where additional help was needed. I particularly liked their ability to empathize with each situation, as if they could sense when more support or challenges were needed. Together, Asta and Ineta created a learning environment that was not only informative but also very inspiring.
Their insights and attentiveness will help me focus more on what is important and become more effective and consistent. Of course, knowing is not enough—you also have to act. I would like to thank the whole team for this wonderful experience and sincerely recommend this training to anyone who wants to achieve their goals!
I gained insight into the reasons behind my inability to maintain consistency, understood the value of openness and sincerity, and had the opportunity to practice these skills. I was reminded of the sense of community. Planning, consistency, and their success are the result of my own actions and decisions. I understand what holds me back and know how I will change it.
I came to the training with the goal of receiving: a) tools for time management, b) methodologies to ensure priorities, and c) actions leading toward excellence. In other words, a “magic pill” that would solve all my challenges and problems without any effort.
No magic pill was given… Instead, I gained insight into the reasons behind my inability to maintain consistency, understood the benefits of openness and sincerity, and had the opportunity to practice these skills. I was reminded of the sense of community. Planning, consistency, and their success are the result of my own actions and decisions. I believe I now understand what holds me back and know how I will change it.
The most productive program I have participated in, thanks to which I answered important personal questions, formed the habits I wanted, and met wonderful people. An excellent trainer, tactful and professional. I appreciate that she emphasizes the essentials and has a good sense of humor.
