Your responsibilities:
- Drive sales via phone, online, and in-person meetings;
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure service sales and client loyalty;
- Provide clients with information about our training programs and respond to all inquiries;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve higher sales goals;
- Record and manage client information in the Hanna CRM system;
- Analyze client feedback and propose improvements to enhance the sales process.
We expect you to:
- Have proven experience in sales or a related field;
- Communicate persuasively with clients at all levels, including top executives;
- Possess strong client expectation management skills;
- Communicate clearly and fluently in Lithuanian, with a wide vocabulary;
- Be communicative, ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented;
- Have an interest in self-development, personal growth, and psychology.
Nice to have:
- Experience in premium services/training sales in B2B and B2C sectors;
- Good command of spoken English;
- Interest in sales innovations, methodologies, and motivation to grow in this field.

Salary range
€2400–7500 gross/month
