Encountering Emotions and the Inner Child
This level is recommended for those who have already participated in the Emotionalis session and wish to go deeper into self-exploration.
In the session, you will:

Return to breathing, grounding, and bioenergetic exercises – diving deeper into emotional layers.

Explore childhood experiences stored in the body as tension, defense mechanisms, or emotional armor.

Work with the birth channel theme – how you entered this world and what “message” your body brought with you.

Observe bodily reactions to memories, closeness, or rejection.

Learn a sequence of exercises designed to release stuck impulses.

Experience greater inner strength, vitality, and presence in the here and now.
