DaVinci 365® Artifex

During the DaVinci 365® ARTIFEX program, I gained a deeper understanding of my behavioral patterns through the lens of childhood trauma. Through practical tasks during seminars and experiential training, I released a lot of painful experiences and anger that I had been suppressing. I can confidently say that during Tom’s unique tasks, I learned to be angry again, because this emotion was very uncomfortable for me. Later, I began to feel much more inner freedom, energy, and determination to create new quality relationships—both with myself and with my environment. Right now, I’m super happy about my newborn son. And in my new relationships with the friends I’ve made, I can share my experiences and insights and grow together.

I admire coach Tomas Kaulinskas, who constantly comes up with unique practical tasks for seminars or experiential training. In many cases, I found them uncomfortable or sensitive, but after them I felt some kind of change in my life. I found the individual consultations particularly valuable, as they gave me a burst of objective reality and, as I used to say, brought me back to myself—to what I want, what I need, and what is real.

I consider the DaVinci 365® ARTIFEX program to be a highly intensive and focused program designed for deep self-discovery. By dedicating a year of your time and strictly following the program and the trainer’s recommendations, you can get to know yourself more intimately than ever before. Starting with character traits, talents, or limitations, and ending with thinking or behavior patterns shaped by the environment and trauma.

Each participant takes from the program as much as they are ready to accept about themselves. Many of the changes initiated by ARTIFEX are still ongoing and are only now beginning to yield results. However, during the program itself, I learned to choose activities based on my talents. It became clear where to direct myself, investing my time, and which “windmills” to stop fighting, because I naturally do not have the character traits for that.

I realized that my environment is a reflection of myself, so when something starts to bother me, I look for answers within myself rather than focusing on changing my environment or circumstances. Coach Tomas is the best coach for those who are serious about working on themselves and striving for the highest results. For those who are not looking for excuses.

These trainings provided me with a continuation of the deeper self-awareness I began developing two years ago. They allowed me to discover and realize that I am unique, with my own talents – and by embracing them, I feel free and happy. I also uncovered not only my weaknesses but their origins, which, as it turns out, are simply the result of my thoughts and beliefs shaped throughout my life.

I am grateful for the practices and methods I discovered through the program to eliminate weaknesses and inner conflicts from my life – provided I truly want and strive for it (this is the most important condition). The year of training has transformed my perspective on many obstacles that previously seemed insurmountable and immovable.

I will continue my journey of deep self-awareness, understanding that it is an endless process: as I eliminate thoughts and beliefs that hindered me from achieving my goals, other, still unnoticed and unidentified inner conflicts and illusions emerge.

Thank you, Tomas, for this excellent, unique program and the guidance that pushes me to dive deeper. Even when I sometimes want to stay on the surface, after targeted seminars, platform tasks, and films, I “wake up” to the realization that I don’t need to deceive myself – I must look at reality objectively.

So, Tomas, your program, consultations, and advice have helped me explore the roots of my limitations and enjoy my inner achievements. Thank you for the interaction and training (I think I can already call them long-term…).

I am glad that the DaVinci 365® ARTIFEX program is part of my life. Thanks to it, I am changing my ingrained bad habits, discovering new colors in my life, and most importantly, developing responsibility towards myself.

I will be honest – it is difficult because I find it very hard to let new experiences into my established routine and give up old bad habits. It is very difficult to admit that I still lie a lot to myself and others and try to appear better than I am. It is especially difficult to show my emotions and feelings to others, and even more difficult to admit to myself that I am unable to show them at all.

The DaVinci 365® ARTIFEX program is so deep and complex, but it brings so many benefits that at first I didn’t want to accept it—I kept putting off my changes. But I realized that thanks to this program, I can achieve a lot of good and useful changes that scared me at first, but I always wanted such changes.

One of the biggest changes for me is being open with myself, dispelling illusions about myself and others, discovering different emotions and feelings, rather than just saying “good, bad, normal.”

I recommend this training to all DaVinci 365® ARCHITECTUS participants without exception. Don’t be afraid of change – no matter how scary it may be, dive deeper and more painfully into your inner world, meet your inner demons there and don’t let them defeat you. It is very difficult, but possible.
