• Implement business development projects in Lithuania and abroad;
• Coordinate and participate in events;
• Oversee the complete process of video content creation (directing, filming, editing) together with external partners;
• Manage internal and external communications, including strategic communication;
• Develop the Continuous Learning Center community and foster change ambassadors;
• Oversee department data management and administer the online store;
• Manage sales of experiential training, clubs, and workbooks;
• Organize and promote online training in collaboration with external partners;
• Collaborate with suppliers on gifts, promotional items, and production.

• Have experience in planning, coordinating, and executing various communication and marketing projects;
• Have experience coordinating events, logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery;
• Be able to organize and coordinate filming, editing, and creative processes;
