Your responsibilities:
- Implement business development projects in Lithuania and abroad;
- Coordinate and participate in events;
- Oversee the complete process of video content creation (directing, filming, editing) together with external partners;
- Manage internal and external communications, including strategic communication;
- Develop the Continuous Learning Center community and foster change ambassadors;
- Oversee department data management and administer the online store;
- Manage sales of experiential training, clubs, and workbooks;
- Organize and promote online training in collaboration with external partners;
- Collaborate with suppliers on gifts, promotional items, and production.
We expect you to:
- Have experience in planning, coordinating, and executing various communication and marketing projects;
- Have experience coordinating events, logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery;
- Be able to organize and coordinate filming, editing, and creative processes;
- Build partnerships and secure beneficial deals;
- Be confident, energetic, communicative, and able to engage and unite people around you;
- Be quality-driven with strong attention to detail;
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects at once;
- Work independently and be results-oriented.
Nice to have:
- Experience in e-commerce store administration;
- Experience in developing online training programs.

Salary range
€1300–1800 net/month
